Business Administration at HPU NB
The Business Administration program is designed to help equip and prepare students for a variety of fields. Students will cover many topics of study including accounting, project management, business law, ethics and more. Students are also encouraged to complete an internship to gain hands-on understanding of their desired industry.
This degree is especially good for those who have completed previous course work or have licensures, certifications, or other training (i.e. military, law enforcement, CNA, etc.).
BAAS in Business Administration
- 124 total credit hours
- Earn a comprehensive education though general education, elective, and major-specific classes, such as finance, management, and business law.
The BAAS in Business Administration major requires 40 junior-senior level semester hours.
General Education Requirements: 42 hours
- Major Degree Requirements: 36 hours in junior-senior level courses
- Optional Minor: 18-24 hours
- Electives (with optional minor): 22-28 hours
- Electives (without optional minor): 46 hours
- Total Degree Requirements: 124 hours
Note:
- A maximum of 21 hours may be earned in any one department.
- Students are required to complete a minimum of 31 hours through HPU.
- A minimum of 18 upper-level hours must be completed for a bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 12 upper-level hours must be earned in the student’s major.
- A minimum of 6 hours upper-level hours must be earned in the minor, if chosen.
